TERMS AND CONDITIONS
From the 1st of May 2013, the City Hall of Sovicille has introduced a local tourist tax.
This tax applies to non residents staying overnight and is payable year -round for a maximum of 6 consecutive nights.
The tourism tax rate for this accommodation facility is Euro 1,50 per person per night.
It is not applied to:
– children under the age of 12
A deposit of 30% is required at time of booking and the remaining balance 4 weeks before arrival.
In the event of cancellation before total balance has been paid, deposit payment will be reimbursed only if the property is rebooked.
In the event of cancellation after full payment has been made, no refund will be given.
We strongly encourage guests to take out some form of travel insurance.
In the case of forced cancellation due to Government imposed Corona virus (Covid-19) restrictions or infection, the client will not lose their payment but will be offered to move the dates of their reservation or receive a voucher valid until the 31/12/2023.
Bookings are generally taken on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday during high and mid season (June-September). Please contact our reception desk if you have requests that fall outside of these conditions by emailing info@montestigliano.it.
Prices include breakfast, linen, towels and pool towels (one per person) during the swimming season, a mid-week change of linen, a weekly change of linen for bookings of more than 7 days, and a final clean.
Heating and air-conditioning are included in the rental cost as is Wi-Fi.
Small or medium sized pets are allowed upon request.
Smoking is prohibited inside.
Extra beds are available on request at a cost of €50 per night, paid directly at reception
Baby cots are available on request at a cost of €50 per week, paid directly at reception.
We can organise private catering, pizza evenings, BBQs and Typical Tuscan dinners on request for groups.
The swimming pool is open between the 01/06 – 31/9, however these dates may vary depending on weather conditions.
The properties must be treated with care and respect and left in a normal state of cleanliness. All rubbish must be left tidy and sorted into the separate recycling bins provided before departure.
All guests are requested to preauthorize a security deposit payment of €500 by credit card on arrival, which will be held until check-out and only used in the case of damage, unpaid bills or compensation for extra cleaning.
Guest check-in is between 17-20 and check-out before 10 in the morning on the day of departure.
In the event of early or late arrivals, please inform reception in advance, our office hours are 9.30-18.30. As we do not have a 24 hour reception, we would ask late arrivals to give us prior notice in order to make alternative arrangements for check-in and key collection.

Finally opened 18 holes international golf club!
The Royal Golf La Bagnaia Course is the first Tuscan, 18 holes designed by renowned architect Robert Trent Jones, Jr.
It is a Par 71, which is 6,101 metres long, covering an area of 1300 hectares, perfectly harmonized within the gently rolling hills of Siena.
The Tuscan landscape is a typical example of Inland Links, which refer to the Scottish Highlands with the “Rough” that waves in the wind.
The course is enhanced by beautiful lakes and a majestic Club House, where you can enjoy a unique view on all 18 holes and the towers of Siena.
Playing on this course is made unique and exciting not just thanks to the mastery of Trent Jones, but also to the incredible views across nature and the medieval city of Siena that are available from every hole.
